Frequently asked questions
Do we need a computer?
No. KalanPro opens in the browser of a computer, tablet or phone. A computer is more comfortable for the office and the cash desk, but roll call and grades work very well on a phone.
What if the connection drops?
Whatever is saved is kept on our servers and backed up every night. If the connection drops while you are entering something, KalanPro tells you and keeps it on screen so you can send it again.
Who sees the school's data?
Only the people you allow, each according to their role. A parent only sees their children, a pupil only their own schooling.
Our report cards have a specific layout. Is that possible?
Yes. The report card layout is adjustable: blocks, coefficients, comments, subjects in Arabic, and a header with the academy and the CAP.
How is the subscription paid?
One invoice each quarter, paid by bank transfer, mobile money or cash. The first month is free.
